Early phases covered concept, architecture, devnet, and a public testnet with broad validator participation, documentation, faucet, and explorer integrations. Current work is focused on mainnet preparation: production infrastructure readiness, genesis validator selection, parameter finalization, and execution planning for community distribution where applicable.
